We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at email@example.com within 90-days of receiving your order and a member of our customer service team will start the process for you.
We will issue a refund to the original method of payment used once we have received the returned product to our facility. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Customers will receive a credit for the amount of purchase and a 10% disposal fee will apply. Due to safety regulations, this destruction fee applies to both opened sealed and unopened products.
